To be eligible for agency membership, organizations must:

Be recognized by the IRS as having current 501(c)3 tax exempt status or be in the process of getting it

Provide food directly to the needy, ill, or children in the form of meals or food boxes as an ongoing part of the program

Have regular hours and days of operation

Store FoodBank product at the site of distribution

Have proper storage space for the safekeeping of food products
-
Must not require any money, property or services from individuals in exchange for food

Provide services without regard to race, color, religion, age, handicap, sex or national origin
